Information you send

The join form does not store data on this website. It prepares your name, email, phone number, preferred position, and optional message for you to send to the club secretary on WhatsApp.

Purpose, recipient, and legal basis

Your enquiry is sent to the secretary’s WhatsApp and is used only to handle possible club membership. WhatsApp and Meta process the message under their own terms. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before joining.

How long we keep it

If you do not join, the club deletes the WhatsApp enquiry after 12 months. Member records may be kept longer when required for club administration or Danish law.

Member photos and ages

Photos, ages, and other member details are shown publicly only with the member’s consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Necessary storage and cookies

The site stores only your language and light or dark theme preferences on your device. We use no tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, so no cookie banner is needed.
